Client understands that Canyons Canine Training, LLC does not guarantee quick and miraculous fixes, and consistency is required for progress.

I understand that services and packages are nonrefundable and by reserving dates, I am committing to being there at the designated time selected. We sympathize with emergency situations. Appointments and class sessions, once confirmed, are locked in for the dates and times selected. Any cancelations before 24 hours will be considered non-refundable.

Cancellations must be made before 24 hours. Less than 24 hours before scheduled lesson will result in waiving the value of the session, as this time was blocked for you and therefore results in a no-show.

I hereby assign and grant to Canyons Canine Training, LLC the right and permission to use, reproduce, distribute, and publish any photographs, films, audio, video, electronic representation and/or sound recordings made of my dog and self.

I am familiar with Canyons Canine Training's balanced approach method and tools used (crates, food, toys, raised beds, slip leads, Herm Sprenger collars, Mini Educator, Transitional leashes) techniques, programs, and pricing.

Canyons Canine Training, LLC. (CCT) will endeavor to create as safe an environment as possible while offering sound, safe, and responsible care and recommendations to their clients. However, I recognize that CCT is not responsible for any and all unintentional errors, omissions, environmental interactions or incorrect assertions, and I understand that training alone may not cure behaviors that I am seeking help for.I hereby release and agree to save and hold harmless, Canyons Canine Training, LLC, Andrea Isabell, any affiliates, agents, or property owners from any and all liability, claims, suits, actions, loss, injury, or damage of any nature or kind, or for any liability, claims, suits, actions, loss, injury or damage which I or my dog(s) may sustain or which may be caused or inflicted by my dog(s). I, the undersigned owner/handler (client), do hereby agree that Andrea Isabell, Canyons Canine Training, LLC, will not be liable for any damage or loss, such as; damage from disease, death, running away, theft, fire, injury to or from persons, other dogs or property, or by any other causes resulting from the failure of the dog to respond to any cues or behaviors taught by Canyons Canine Training, LLC or resulting from counseling and advice supplied to the owners/handlers (client) of the dog.Cancelations or Rescheduling:

General Policies

Canyons Canine Training reserves the right to remove or refuse service to any client/dog without explanation. We also maintain the right to remove a dog from a group class setting and transfer any fees towards a private lesson program if we deem the class setting too stressful, overwhelming, or disruptive to any dogs/clients present.
